Doctor Phillips

We have two locations which each have approximately 2400 square feet inside an additional 1250 square feet of gorgeous, outdoor patio area. Standard maximum capacity is 250.

We do not have a kitchen, but we will work with many external catering companies to accommodate your group. We do not charge additional fees to bring your own caterer, and we can provide a preferred and recommended catering list.

Think of our venue as an empty canvas. You can do whatever you want to bring your event to life. We understand that doing an event inside a hotel ballroom can be extremely difficult and expensive. We want to provide you with a different option: a great space with great customer service in two great locations. Contact us so we can learn more about what you are planning. There is plenty of free, self parking for our guests and groups. Additional options include bus drop offs and event valet.

We have two locations in Southwest Orlando. The first is in Doctor Phillips on Sand Lake Road, along the famed Restaurant Row. Our newest location is in Lake Buena Vista, not far from Disney Springs. Both locations have a similar layout. Both locations feature pool tables, darts, and Golden Tee. Planners can walk the space of both locations using the virtual tours provided on this website. We offer one projector and large screen for all groups who hold an event here. Our built in audio system is also available for groups to use upon request. We also work with local providers to be able to accommodate larger capacity or additional equipment.
